I am directed by the Custodian to acknowledge the receipt your letter of the 17th instant, your reference 40099/21, mnd to inform you that, on the recommendations of Lord Justice Younger's Committee, Mr. A. H. Wilzer was repaid dividends amounting to £200, which the Custodian received in respect of securities,

I am to add that, as Mr. Wilzer is resident in Germany,

the Committee were not empowered to recommend the release of more than 2200, and the Custodian atill retaine as subject to the charge created on all Germer) omed property in this country by Article 297 of the Treaty of Versailles, an amount of £595. 19. 8., received by him in respect of dividende declared on shares belong- ing to the German national,
